Raw iGaming purchases complete Spigo assets from Lady Luck Games.

Under the terms of the agreement, Raw will be able to access all of Spigo's generated casual games, clientele, platforms, This would let the company venture outside of slots into another gaming venue.

Along with slot games and B2B solutions for operators, Spigo has created a range of leisure games like Yatzy, Backgammon, Solitaire, Match 3.

"This is another step in our company's development to offer premium products to every channel of the gaming industry," Raw CEO Tom Wood stated. "In the casual games market, we find the same never-ending sea of homogeneity, much as in the commoditisation of slot games.

"We want to change that exactly like we are doing in the slots market by means of the creative game design and original ideas of the Raw team. Seeing what the incredible Raw team can do and how we could together change the casual game market over the next years excites me.

Acquisition of Spigo
Lady Luck Games revealed it would buy Spigo in September 2021.

By closing at the end of that month, the deal gave Lady Luck access to 27 games, eight customer integrations, Spigo Station, Spigo SDK, a technical game development tool.

"This is a strategic acquisition for the company; it will give us important revenues, open up new revenue opportunities and improve our profitability," co-founder and CEO Mads Jørgensen remarked at the time.

"We are adding to our already strong product range casino games with a strong track record and several years of continuous development together with an important technical aggregation platform."
